Dressing:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup vinegar
2 T. soy sauce
salt and pepper

Topping:
1 pkg. Ramen noodles
2 T. butter
Salad:
2-3 Romaine hearts, chopped
1-2 cups broccoli, chopped
4 green onions, sliced
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
3-4 grilled chicken breasts, sliced
Combine dressing ingredients. Saute noodles in butter until golden then set aside to cool. In large bowl mix salad ingredients. Before serving toss with dressing and chicken.
