3 cups cooked rice
Heat 4 T. oil
Add:
1/2 pound cooked meat (any kind beef, pork, chicken)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 large onion, chopped
1 t. salt
1 t. pepper
1 t. sugar
1 T. soy sauce
Fry until hot.
Add rice and heat 5 minutes.
Add 1 cup veggies and stir well.
Just before serving add 2 beaten eggs. Over medium heat stir until eggs are cooked.
