Cornflake Chicken

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup cornflakes, crushed
1 tsp. seasoning salt
1 egg, beaten

Combine cornflakes and salt in a shallow bowl.  Dip breasts in beaten egg, then roll them in the cornflake mix.  Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until juices run clear.
